How the half day works
Bring one job
A team of up to about 12 people picks one piece of work that keeps coming back. Think of a weekly report, follow-up emails after a meeting, or a proposal you rebuild from scratch every time.
Build it together
We spend the four hours building that job with Claude, shaped to the tools your team already uses and the way your work gets done. You do not need a developer, and there are no slides.
Leave with it running
By the end of the session the job runs on Claude, and your team knows how to use it and adjust it when the work changes.
Where we meet
Pick what suits your team. We can meet in person in Grand Rapids, come to your office, or run the session online.
